General information

You do not need to be registered to buy from the WSC shop. If you do register you can track your orders and your delivery details will be saved for future visits. Accounts on the old WSC shop have not been transferred here.
Changes to subscription addresses
Please email or give us a call with the old and new addresses and we will always confirm when the change has been made. Subscriptions are managed on an entirely separate secure database - if you change your address in the Address Book of your customer profile we will not receive any notification and your subscription will continue to be delivered to the old address.
Subscriptions have the delivery cost included in the price (airmail priority for overseas). Please make sure you select the correct subscription region when you purchase. If you get it wrong we will add the difference after purchase or send you the number of copies you have paid for on a pro-rata basis.
For other goods delivery is free in the UK and for overseas orders the delivery cost is based on Royal Mail's airmail prices (which are unfortunately quite high these days). We try to turn orders round in a day or so but at busy times and weekends this may take a little longer. If you need something dispatched by a specific date please leave a message in the box when you check out or contact us.
From January 1, 2021 there may be customs charges on merchandise delivered to EU countries. We've studied UK government guidelines at length but still have no idea how these will work. So apologies if you get stung for money when your stuff arrives, you know who to blame.
Online payments are processed securely by Trust Payments and you will be taken to their site as you place your order - WSC have no access to your payment details. You can pay by debit/credit card and with PayPal. We have been working with Trust Payments for a number of years and have no doubts about their security and integrity. If you don't want to pay online you can send us your order details and a cheque to the address on our contact page.
All online connections are secure when you are using the shop and when you are paying with Trust Payments (your browser should confirm this next to the web address, which starts with https to indicate a secure connection).
