In 2006 WSC Books published Soccer in a Football World - The Story of America's Forgotten Game tracing the neglected story of soccer stateside.

In 2005 WSC produced The Half Decent Football Book the 450-page hardback is an opinionated A to Z guide to all the main developments in British football history.

Major previous successes have been Morbo - The Story of Spanish Football (2001), Phil Ball's acclaimed journey through the rivalries and politics of football in Spain and Tor! - The Story of German Football (2002), in which Uli Hesse-Lichtenberger traces the extraordinary route of Germany's football before and after the turning point of 1954. Both are available in recently revised and updated paperback editions.
